Prayers for Restoration of Health

Asking for Forgiveness

Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before You seeking forgiveness for any wrongdoing, known or unknown, that may have contributed to my current state of health. I acknowledge my complete dependence on your mercy and grace. Please forgive me, cleanse me by the blood of Jesus, and restore me to full health according to your perfect will.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

2. Praise and Worship

Lord, I lift up your holy name in praise and adoration, for you alone are worthy of all honor, glory, and power. I worship you as Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals. I thank you for your unfailing love and for the promise of restoration of health in my life.
May your name be exalted forever more. Amen.

3. Meditating on Scriptures

Meditate on the following Scriptures:

3 John 1:2
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

Jeremiah 33:6
“Behold, I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.”

Exodus 15:26
“If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.”

Jeremiah 30:17
“For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,” says the Lord.

4. Prayer Points for Restoration of Health

1. Heavenly Father, I thank you for the healing power of Your Word. I receive your promise of restoration, and I declare that my testimony of healing is permanent in Jesus’ name. Amen.
2. Lord Jesus, I bind and cast out every sickness and infirmity from my body. By the authority in your name, I decree restoration of sound health in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
3. Father God, I declare that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; therefore, sickness and infirmity have no place in me. I walk in divine health and vitality by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
4. By the stripes of Jesus Christ, I declare that I am healed. Every sickness, pain, infirmity, and disease bows to the name of Jesus. In Jesus’ name, I receive my healing. Amen.
5. O God, arise and scatter every enemy of my health. Let divine health and wholeness manifest in every area of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
6. Son of David, have mercy upon me. Wash away my sins with your precious blood and grant me total healing and restoration spiritually, emotionally, and physically. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
7. I decree and declare that the enemy will not prevail over my health. I reject every assignment of sickness and disease in Jesus’ name. Amen.
8. Lord, lay your hands of fire upon my life and release a supernatural transformation in my health. Let your healing virtue flow through every fiber of my being. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
9. I renounce every evil covenant and nullify their effects upon my health by the blood of Jesus. I am redeemed from every curse of sickness and disease. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
10. I command every evil record against my health in the heavenly realm to be wiped out by the blood of Jesus. I stand firmly on God’s promises for my complete healing and restoration. Amen.

5. Declaration of Divine Health

Jesus Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Therefore, I (say your name) forbid sickness and disease from operating in my body.

I decree and declare that every disease, virus, and infirmity that attempts to touch my body dies instantly in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Every organ, tissue, and system in my body functions in the perfection to which God created it. I forbid malfunction in my body in the name of Jesus.

Father, through Your Word, You impart life into me. I decree that life is restored into my body with every breath I breathe and every word I speak in Jesus’ name.

Your Word is flowing through my bloodstream, reaching every cell, restoring and transforming my health. You sent Your Word and healed me.

I speak life to my immune system. It grows stronger daily. The Holy Spirit who raised Jesus Christ from the dead dwells in me and quickens my mortal body with divine life and wisdom.

Every cell in my body that does not promote life and health is cut off from its life source in Jesus’ name. My immune system rejects tumors, growths, infections, and abnormalities.

My body releases the right chemicals for perfect balance. My pancreas secretes the proper amount of insulin for life and health.

My muscles, bones, heart, liver, kidneys, tissues, joints, and blood respond only to life and health. I command every part of my body to align with God’s divine order in Jesus’ name.

Jesus Christ bore my sickness and carried my pain. I give no place to sickness or pain. God sent His Word, and I am healed.

1 Peter 2:24 (NKJV)
“Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness by whose stripes you were healed.”
